In a tense social media exchange, former President Donald Trump reacted strongly after a video emerged showing empty seats at his rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
The video, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the campaign account of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, @KamalaHQ, suggested that Trump's audience was leaving as he "rambled incoherently," leading to a partially empty venue.
The footage depicted attendees exiting a section of the auditorium along the side of the Trump rally, with many empty seats visible. This section appeared to be located behind the stage, and a faint audio of Trump speaking could be heard in the background.
The video was captioned, "Trump's audience is exiting as he rambles incoherently in Pennsylvania, leaving even more empty seats." By Sunday, it had garnered 4.8 million views.
Trump responded on his platform, Truth Social, on Sunday afternoon, dismissing the video's authenticity.
He argued that the footage was captured before the rally began and that the venue was, in fact, packed, with thousands more supporters unable to enter due to capacity limits. Trump accused Harris of spreading misinformation, calling her a "Crooked Radical Left Politician" and alleging she was part of a broader conspiracy among Democrats to oust President Joe Biden.
"We had to turn away lots of people yesterday in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania," Trump posted. "Comrade Kamala Harris' Social Media Operation showed empty seats, long before the Rally started, early in the afternoon when, in actuality, we had to turn away 11,500 people!"
The exchange didn't stop there. Late Sunday night, Harris's campaign account responded, asserting that the video was recorded while Trump was speaking.
"Americans are tired of your lies and slur-filled delusions. It's getting... old," the account wrote.
Enough with the never ending lies and delusions of grandeur oh old orange clown! We are so sick of your bullshit and never ending whiney miserable demeanor. Go away already and let someone capable, hopefully, positive and human like Kamala fix our democracy and give us back our inalienable rights that you so selfishly and proudly took away!

When one looks at Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, Angela Merkel, Ursula von der Leyen, Francois Mitterrand, Justin Trudeau etc one sees fine examples of current and former world leaders who displayed professional competency, statesmanship, respect and true leadership ability.
To have divisive, unstable, maniacal geriatrics vying for the leadership of the USA is an embarrassment, not only to the country, but to the people within it.
Trump standing again for the Presidency's is a clear signal to the world of the deteriorating status not only within the US, but of the status of the US as a global power.
Queen Elizabeth 2nd had it right when she wouldn’t host Trump to a formal visit at Buckingham Palace.
The support that Trump elicits and obtains from the populace within the US is a clear indication of the American psyche and intellect.
Everyone knows Trump is a crook, yet many in his time-wasting, bullshit hearing conducting party want to coddle his overinflated ego. It's a sad day when people know the truth and yet uphold the lies he tells. Stand for something true or fall for anything and everything he spews forth.

DeleteDonald Trump lives in an alternative reality, an imaginary universe where rules only apply if he says they apply. They don't have to be subjective or consistent and can be changed whenever he finds them inconvenient or inconsistent with whatever abnormal ideology he has as a talking point.

In his fantasy universe, the United States is his personal fiefdom and the people in it owe him an oath of allegiance no matter what madness his twisted mind converts to verbally imbalanced propaganda.
