Barron Trump, 18, Looks Just Like His Dad Donald Trump

Barron Trump is often described as the spitting image of his father, at least based on reactions online.

After a video of the youngest son of President-elect Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump circulated on December 4, fans quickly noted the striking resemblance between Barron and his father, particularly in their facial features.

The video, which was filmed on Election Day and shared on X (formerly Twitter), shows 18-year-old Barron standing in front of 78-year-old Donald Trump. In the clip, Barron is seen shaking UFC president Dana White’s hand at a political event. While the video initially gained attention for revealing Barron’s voice, which many hadn’t heard before, it also sparked reactions due to how closely he resembles his father.

One viewer remarked, “I’m just now realizing how much Barron looks like Donald. I watched some old interviews of Trump from his 30s, and that younger man looks a lot like Barron.” Another user added, “Barron Trump looks like his father Donald Trump.”

A third commented, “Barron looks more like his dad than Eric and Don Jr. do,” referring to Donald's two older sons, Eric Trump, 40, and Donald Trump Jr., 46, whom he shares with his first wife Ivana Trump, along with daughter Ivanka Trump, 43. Donald also has a daughter, Tiffany Trump, 31, with his second wife, Marla Maples.

However, Barron’s resemblance to his father isn’t only physical. His voice, which was heard for the first time in years in the video, also caught attention. Many social media users were impressed, with one commenting, “He sounds a lot like his father did at his age,” while another said, “Barron Trump's voice already has the confidence of a leader.”

In addition to his public appearances, Barron began attending New York University this fall. His mother, Melania, recently shared her thoughts on his college experience in an interview with Fox & Friends, explaining, “I don’t think it’s possible for him to be a normal student. His experience at college is very different from that of other kids.” She also mentioned that Barron “knows that he’s in a different position than other children.”
